Stellae Boreales in Concert

Stellae Boreales will be touring to Boston May 2018.
The group looks forward to sharing their music and making new friends.
Performances will include:
May 19, 7:30pm – First Baptist Church, 848 Beacon St., Newton. Performance
before 8:00pm, New Philharmonia Orchestra concert
May 20, 10:30am – Church of the Covenant, 67 Newbury St., Boston
Performances during Prelude, Offertory and Postlude
May 20, 5:30pm – Faneuil Hall Marketplace, South Market area
Performance with In Harmony, the select touring ensemble from the Suzuki School of Newton

Featuring special guest artists:
Sophie van der Sloot Cello, Judith Ginsburg Piano

Ottawa Suzuki Strings is a music school providing violin, viola, cello, guitar and voice instruction using the Suzuki method. Our experienced faculty have music degrees and are trained in Suzuki pedagogy. Students range from very young “Twinklers” to advanced students in Stellae Boreales.

Yet again Ron has outgrown his violin, so he and his teacher, Rosemarie Klimasko, went shopping! Ron first started with a 1/8 size, then graduated to a 1/4 size, then a 1/2 size, and now it’s time for a 3/4 size. He and his teacher found the perfect violin, which was a bit of a step up from his earlier basic student violins. They are both ready for a Bigger, Richer Sound! ... See MoreSee Less
